Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
controlled temperature cooking odor
The staff was helpful, specifically Mr Shahid.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature above 20 degrees Celsius. cooking odors infiltrated the room whenever the air conditioning was off. The smell was quite unpleasant.

really good experience at creek waterfront
early check-in helpful staff clean premises convenient location
Zeeshan at reception facilitated an early check-in smoothly. I needed this after my flight. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby points of interest. the cleanliness throughout the premises impressed me. i found the staff consistently helpful. It was appreciated.
The air conditioning system had a limited temperature range. I could not adjust it higher.

The hotel is near the metro. it is convenient for accessing various parts of the area. I walked there easily. the area felt calm and relaxed. I never experienced issues.

The pool area had ample loungers. the fitness center included treadmills and stationary bikes. I found both very clean. a shuttle service to the nearby mall was provided. This added to the convenience.

My apartment was spacious. It featured a separate seating area and a balcony. the kitchen was well-equipped. It contained a gas stove and a microwave. a washing machine was available. I washed my clothes.

wonderful stay!
clean apartment maintained apartment metro station creek walk
i found the apartment very clean and well maintained! the size was good, and everything felt fresh and new. the location worked perfectly, as it was close to a metro station. i liked the refreshing creek walk nearby, it provided a nice escape.
the air conditioning seemed to be capped at 20c, and the cooking smells sometimes entered the room when the ac was off.

the staff were attentive and kind, and, especially sib and may! assistance was provided promptly when needed, ensuring any issue was addressed quickly and efficiently. everyone was responsive to requests!
